Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm UK time, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 12.00 noon on Friday. We are closed on UK bank holidays and between noon on Christmas Eve until the start of 2nd January (unless those days are at weekends, in which case the previous or next working day, as appropriate).

Technical Support Service Targets
We prefer that you submit support tickets using our support system. Alternatively, you can email our support team on email@example.com, in which case you will receive an automated email acknowledgement as soon as it is entered into the support ticketing system which is usually within a few minutes of the email reaching us. You can access old support tickets or track existing tickets in our support system.
- Priority Support Contract - we aim to respond within 3 office hours
- Hosted services (email, web or Internet domain hosting) - we aim to respond within 3 office hours
- Software Maintenance Contract - we aim to respond within 1-3 office days

Note that the above times are our target response times. In times of illness, staff vacations, or at exceptionally busy times, these times may be longer. In these situations, we will handle messages according to the order above.
